Based on feedback from a number of customers, we have decided to stop showing servers at “Busy” based on the Server.AvailabilityIndex. This is a number calculated by the Domino server, and is supposed to range from 0 to 100, with 100 meaning the server is completely available and 0 meaning the server is completely unavailable. But we have had reports of servers with scores as low as 8 seeming to be perfectly fine.
Do you care about Server.AvailabilityIndex? Should it be an option in the future?
