Status Tab

The status tab shows the status of all monitored devices at a glance.
  • Device Category (Domino, BlackBerry, etc.)
  • Device Location
  • Device Icon
  • Pending/Dead Mail/Server.Users (Domino Servers)
  • Pending/Expired Messages (BES Server and Users)
  • Threshold Bar - shows % of threshold (Pending Mail for Domino, Response Time for others)

Mail Tab

A Collection of Useful Mail Graphs, including:
  • Current values of Domino Pending and Dead Mail
  • Current values of BES Server Pending and Expired Messages

The Graphs Tab offers Availability and Performance Graphs for

  • DNS Servers

It also offers graphs related to statistics specific to:
  • NotesMail (mail.delivered, mail.transferred, mail.routed)

Reports Tab

The Reports Tab offers scheduled and on-demand reports featuring:
  • Daily Availability
  • Weekly Availability
  • Monthly Availability
  • Daily Mail Volume
  • Weekly Mail Volume
  • Monthly Mail Volume
  • Biggest Mail Files

Devices Tab

This tab is used to configure the servers and/or devices you want to monitor and the parameters associated with each. For instance, all devices have a scanning interval, but only Domino servers have a pending mail threshold.



Preferences Tab

The Preferences Tab allows you to configure various settings, such as:
  • User interface preferences
  • Monitor settings and licensing
  • Alerts (who should get alerted, and how)
  • Domino Preferences (i.e., register a password)
  • Maintenance windows and business hours
  • When scheduled report should run


History Tab

The History tab is for the real geeks out there, who want to know exactly what VitalSigns is doing at a given moment.
